Refund/for non reciept of Mdse

Went in with a group to purchase some suit for a special program, the first was a discountined item, in his stock, he convience, the lady in charge of the purchasing he could get the suits, we waited two wks, no suits, he then ordered another suit to convience the group to purchase, all the sizes was too large, then we took the, Alteration route, on my suit, the person he refered me too couldn't do it it was too much cutting of the suit, okay I wanted my money back I need a suit for the program in two weeks they refused, okay I orded another in my size from the vvendor direct, this was on 10-17-07 waited 10 days, he never called, on the 25th of Oct, I called him he said it would be another couple days. On Nov. 3.2008 I go to the store he tell me to show him the suit in the book again, and he would call and check on it. I said no I want my money, he still tells me he 'll only give a store credit... All I want is my money...
