Did not refund credit

I odered a match on the web from their website. The match came and switches dropped down and also the trousers weren't hte size requested. I had been advised to come back the match for credit plus they wouold pay me for that delivery back again to them. I recorded the delivery expenses and involved the info using the match. I had been acknowledged for that match and also the outgoing delivery. After not recieving the credit for that return delivery I named on many events. I had been informed the check could be delivered. It never arrived. I called again. It never arrived. I called again and was informed to * Down. I'd not suggest ecommerce to anybody. Don't use mensusa.
