Aldo's Horrible Service with a Smile

I purchased a set of shoes at Aldo online, obtained them simply to observe that the seam wasn't made. I visited an Aldo shop to determine when they might be fixed, they required the shoes and stated it might get 1-2 months plus they might contact me. 14 days later no-call, I call them, they'venot been sent yet. Two more months go purchase no-call, I call again, oh today the shoes can not be fixed! Therefore per month passes with no one attempts to contact the client to allow the client be familiar with the problem, or send product to become fixed after 14 days. Along with they didnot have that trunk in-stock and couldnot purchase me another set so when I chose to obtain a diverse set of shoes they didnot have these possibly as well as couldnot have them from another shop. They mightnot return my cash so that they offered me something special card for that quantity of the shoes, only to utilize for in store purchases only. 24 hours later I appear online to determine the initial shoes I needed in my own dimension, they stated they mightnot purchase. Obviously aldo's boots are trash and the area hits. Today i understand not to waste my time or money on this type of shity location with service that hurts. Thats okay cause I really like to purchase shoes & most undoubtedly provide my company to this type of rip-off location. Thanks!:)
