Sneakers sole fell off

I purchased a set of Sketcheris shoes for my boy in September.By Jan, I came across the sole was falling-off his shoes. The man in the boot repair location stated these were created using water-soluble stick and it'd be $20 to repair it, that will be absurd to get a $40 footwear. I can not determine who to request my cash back. The store shop in Waterloo, NYC that people got the sneakers at stated they'dnot consider them back following a month. They explained to get hold of sketchers.com, however it appears like the website just requires results for sneakers purchased on the site.
