Terrible return/refund policy

Used to do not browse the good collections within the return policy... Lesson learned. Be informed that should you purchase a set of sneakers or apparel product inside your dimension, however it does not match nicely or you'renot pleased with the standard, they don't take discounts. Listed here is their return policy in the site:

Gowns or apparel that doesn't match precisely but match the requirements you requested CAn't be delivered or traded. As our gowns and apparel is created with extra material within the joints, you may make small changes in a nearby target, at your personal price. Take note: in case your purchase requirements vary also significantly in the ultimate sizing demand, resizing might not be feasible.

I purchased 2 sets of bright pumps togo with my wedding gown, wishing one or more might match. I'm whether Western boot size 38 or 39, with respect to the manufacturer. The two sets of shoes appeared (plus they are stunning, well made shoes). Sadly, both were too large (one set was therefore broad, it appears like it had been customized to get a lady with large, 4-inch wide legs). I chose to return both sets and attempt my fortune within the shops within city. After I required a return authorization amount, they declined, but stated when they delivered the incorrect dimension I really could deliver pictures of my toes and also the shoes to show they created an error within the manufacturing of the sneakers. Therefore today I've $140 value of sneakers I can't use. Don't purchase something out of this site!
