Fraudulent business practices

On the site they state that you are able to return sneakers in the shop to conserve about the return delivery nevertheless when you can the shop they let you know that you simply need to deliver it back since "they cant balance it". They'd previously designated the packaging slip as "delivered" and so I wish that they can take the return delivery. I'd to return and demand the supervisor tag it as not delivered with a shop press (such that it shouldnt seem like i noted it myself) and he or she really ungraciously designated it-not delivered but stated that there is no shop stamp to stamp it with. Therefore today I'm out the initial shipping, the return shipping, the time & 1/2 it got me to visit the shop and attempt to return the sneakers, and also the parking lot charge plus they will probably not return the rest of the cash simply because they may state that the shoes were delivered currently.
