On May 15 I visited shop quantity 404 Puente Hills, CA I experimented with create an change with no bill but wasn't permitted. The individual in control declined to complete it since she stated the things were full-priced, ALL THAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE WAS TRADE THEM FOR YOUR RIGHT DIMENSIONS. After I requested to talk to the manager she stated she was the manager, then I requested for that shop manager title and he or she stated she was the shop manager - Jessica. I expected her why couldn’t she simply do the trade and he or she stated she'd the best to WOn't get it done, that we might comprehend when the items were used or without labels plus they were just 2 products. SUBSEQUENTLY I ASKED HER FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGERS NAME AND SHE REFUSED TO ACHIEVE THAT, SHE SAID THAT SHE COULDN’T HAND OUT HER TITLE!!! After I informed her that I'd possibly email or contact corporate to request an explaination with this issue all that she did was wave her shoulders and move her eyes. After I questioned her that which was I designed to do using the products easily couldn’t trade them she again simply shrugged her shoulders! SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I HAD BEEN DOING SOMETHING AMISS. She made me feel impontent. SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME CHOICES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ARE YOU??? All that I needed to complete was trade two items…….
