The corporation has got the toughest return/trade plan of any youngsters' shop I understand. Their plan claims products should have "labels connected" to be able to return or trade them. I will realize that plan to get a return, but an change is another issue altogether. Some tips about what happened. I bought a set of trousers for my boy for Christmas. Understanding the trade/return policy, I thought certainly they'd understand why scenario. He is a young child. Please. Anyhow, I visited the shop with trousers, labels, and unique purchase bill. They'd not trade the trousers. Used to donot need my cash back. I merely needed my boy to possess his Christmas present - plus one that healthy. They'd not trade the trousers. "Business policy". Everybody ought to know how small the corporation cares about customer support. Don't shop at this store.
