Water damaged to silk clothing

Visited from JFK to New Delhi on 3/23 and came to New Delhi on 3/24.

I really donot understand what the heck you folks did to 1 of my luggage that my cotton suits & saris are water-logged and broken. Below I am to go to a marriage and all my gorgeous saris broken with water. I am so dissatisfied & cannot imagine what & the way you did. It wasn't actually pouring in Ny.
