Stolen Items from luggage... Mental Harrassment by Air India Personnels

I left from Texas on 14th Nov. 08 to Delhi (Tx to NYC - Delta and NYC - Delhi), achieved Delhi on 15th Nov. 08. Used to donot get my baggage for 4 times... Because of Oxygen India, After I obtained my baggage after stores of procedures and battle, I came across it was unlocked. And my material that we introduced for my parents, pals and relatives were taken from this. It's been greater than a month before I documented the listing of my products taken along with a state of 400$, nowadays I obtained a notice from Baggage Claim Director Mrs Pasricha (Delhi) that they can provide me 25$ because it is on fat basis not on stolen things foundation.

I'm student performing MS in US College, I had been heading house following a period of 1.5 decades, for several that point I continued purchasing presents for my parents, relatives and pals, considering after I may move house I'll provide them with... The AI in the place of apologizing and paying, triggered my discomfort, disappointment and rage by providing me 25$...

WHAT CAN I DO-OR LET THEM KNOW? Purchase yourself some snacks for that 25$ I actually donot need any charity and revel in the items you took from my luggage...
