I had been having a friend who desired to obtain a promisded price-reduction on the Juicy Couture carrier. The carrier was somewhat broken and also the supervisor stated that she could easily get a-10% price-reduction. Our buddy didn't however the bag that evening, but delivered the next day to buy the carrier. She informed the cashier that she whould get 10PERCENT off; the cashier didn't think her along with a main fascination was created concerning the price-reduction. Fundamentally, the supervisor supported her tale. One when the cashiers fully stated "why-didn't you-but the carrier recently?" it was mean and rude and disrespectful I stated that in the current economy the shop ought to be happy that somebody is prepared to buy a non-essential custom case. Noone was ethical to my buddy and that I thought impelled to create this criticism. The team must behave enjoyable, respectful and qualified. The sales team in a regional Sears is very respectful and stretches themselves attempting to support clients. TJ Maxx must correctly educate its team. Buying ought to be enjoyable and never a demeaning experience.incidentally before price-reduction the carrier was $229. Team must have been prepared to create a discount to get a broken product and sasy thanks at point-of purchase.
