I purchased a blanket right before final yesterday. Upon increasing today I put the blanket on my sleep. I instantly observed a powerful chemical smell in the blanket. I put the blanket in its bundle and delivered it towards the shop. Upon coming to the shop the return worker whispered towards the additional worker and stated what did you need to do to it? I mentioned I did so nothing to it when I just had it from the carrier to put it on my sleep. She stated she cannot consider something back which was employed. I said it was not used. Getting it from the carrier to put it about the mattress is not utilizing it. Recall it was significantly less than 12 hours since buying it! She smelt the blanket. She named her supervisor. She mentioned: " simply this after they might go back " Exactly What The Heck??? I don't create several results to shops. The shop plan says a return policy with bill. I requested to consult with the store-manager Laura Lacey. I waited a couple of minutes on her in the future consult with me. She didn't emerge. I told the clerks I'd contact corporate headquaters with my criticism of bad support that we did. Corporate stated they'd contact the supervisor. I really hope they get her and also the shop some instruction on great customer relationships. I actually donot believe within this uncertain economy any shop may handle a person loke this and remain in company. There are lots of additional top end discount shops providing product to put on with this specific type of bad support. I'll be buying elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE in the event you actually wish to return anything towards the TJ MAXX shop within this western Iowa town. Truly, Disappointed Client with six-figure income
