So Frustrating!

I recently requested to get a set of shoes along with a carrier from Aldo for my birthday. My mom requested both online. I obtained the shoes on my birthday and liked them! Unfortunately my mom stated the carrier didn't are available in yet. She stated it had been said to be delivered in six-days just before my birthday! And so I named the Aldo customer support point using the purchase quantity and informed them my tale. To begin with, the girl about the wasn't really enjoyable. She did not apologize and he or she didn't behave professional. She explained she'd "check into it" and "observe that which was up". She instantly hung-up the telephone and didn't inform me when to anticipate my purchase. While four times approved and that I still didn't obtain my carrier I sent the organization with my criticism. After three times I still didn't have my purchase and that I didn't obtain a answer my mail. I recently named the client support hotline angered! This time around the girl was excellent and apologized for that trouble. She explained my carrier hadn't actually been delivered out nonetheless! After nearly fourteen days! She stated she'd make certain it got sent the next evening which I'd obtain it in three to 6 business days. And you git it girls and men, I still haven't obtained my $40 backpack! Exactly what the heck! Being a regular consumer I thought I'd obtain more regard... However now I'll NEVER store at Aldo again!
