Poor customer service and defective product

Hello, my title is steve kennedy, i stay at 21 sextant group quincy mass 02169 cell781 267 6979 ihad bought a set of colombia shoes and inside a month the joints seperated, about the 27 th of december, i visited trade the shoes but had dropped my bill, i also purchased insurance about the item, all my data was obtained at that time of puchae and that I was delay after I was informed from the supervisor of the shop mentioned, there's nothing I will do, not really a shop credit, i invested about 115 $ on product and insurance, at This time i became very upset, I've an anxiety concern, that caused the next, i, at that time all cause had left me, traded the shoes myself, without regaurd to effects, now im a theif, not by-choice, if i was handed the thought and regard, when i advised the so-called supervisor of my difficulty, i understand things wouldnt have increased in to the event it turned, I'm sorry for this-but when i spend cash to get a quality item also it fails, I'm eligible for due payment, today, not just do I've a set of Shoes that trickle, I've legal charges pending against me, I'm prepared to take the effects legally, but I'm not prepared to be overcome out-of a-115$ but somebody not prepared to do their work, when customer support fails, especially after I purchase, or used-to buy all my foot-wear there, I'm like ive been scammed, and wish that there's somebody inside your organization to assist solve this problem
