I will never shop there again

I bought a set of shoes four years back that I Have just used 3 times. I've the initial bill & the initial container, nevertheless using the silicon packages inside it. The metallic cut on a single of the shoes has come undone & CAn't be easily mounted. Hence, they're not wearable. Apart from the free cut, the shoes however seem completely new. The store-manager explained that because the product is "not within their program, " they CAn't do something about this. I settled over $40 for that shoes. I'd be happy with a partial reimbursement or incomplete in store credit, however they weren't useful whatsoever. I've delivered products in a discount shop (Ross) in an identical scenario. SteinMart is meant to be always a high end shop. Nevertheless, they've horrible customer support. I'll NEVER store there again.
