Horrible customer service/Communications

Last Friday morning, I requested a set of shoes from Urbanog.com and obtained a contact researching my purchase. The e-mail mentioned that acquisitions made afternoon would not be prepared before next business-day. On Friday, I never obtained a contact stating my purchase have been prepared. I am not very eager, but I'd a set of comparable shoes from another organization I'd to come back inside a particular period of time so long as the shoes from Urbanog.com healthy me (used to donot need both sets). Used to donot wish to not obtain the new shoes until following the return period for that previous types was up, and so I chose to contact to determine when my purchase could be prepared and delivered. I named Friday morning and was informed it requires 3 business days to process requests. The girl about the different end-of the telephone was rude and immediately after she stated "3 business days" she hung-up, not worrying to determine if which was my only issue. Lastly, I came across another set of comparable shoes on Amazon that appeared to become of better-quality compared to Urbanog.com ones, and so I chose to purchase them-and stop the Urbanog ones. I popped my mail, got my purchase quantity and named the amount it believed to demand purchase cancellations. I named at 3 pm PST and Urbanog customer support claims it's available till 4 pm PST. The point explained to hold back a minute, then called and called and nobody responded. I tried this 4 occasions, then quit. It had been 4 pm anyways plus they were shut, and so I thought I'd try again Friday morning, the beginning of the following business-day these were available. I had been certain they'dnot procedure and ship my purchase about the weekend, because they stated these were shut (also it was designed to consider 3 times anyway). Well, what are you aware Friday evening at 11:30 I get a contact stating my purchase have been prepared and might deliver Monday morning. At this time, I understand I have to contact asap so that they do not deliver my purchase, but their customer support is closed. I (stupidly) nevertheless thought they'dnot deliver till these were available. Therefore Friday morning, right once they start, I contact and obtain an awful customer support representative. I tell her about having to stop my purchase and he or she claims she cannot since it continues to be delivered, hadnot I obtained the e-mail using the following range? I received no mail and just why the heck might they've delivered it once they were not available??? Therefore today I've to deliver them when I have them and purchase return shipping. I'm extremely upset That The) They never responded my calls throughout a period these were available, W) They approach and ship purchases once they claim they're shut and also you cannot contact them, H) Their insufficient great order status communications, and N) The disrespect of the customer support representatives. I'll discover exactly what the shoes seem like after I have them, but from what I notice from others, they'll possibly be bad and cheap-looking. I'll not purchase out of this organization again.
