I went into Charlotte Russe many times and bought many products for Holiday. One-trip was to purchase my child and daughter-in-law each a set of shoes. The revenue worker was very useful and created many excursions backwards and forwards till we got the shoes I needed. I did so need to have a show trunk to be able to get among the sets I needed. I covered them up and both were happy, except that my kids shoes were too large. Well, when she visited return the shoes the revenue woman wasn't actually near to being as good whilst the one that assisted me before Christmas. She'd not consider the boots back and INFORMED my child she'd used the shoes. I named and attempted to inform the woman they hadn't been used but was a show trunk. Our child was within the shop after I was talking with her when she proceeded to place the telephone along about the table. Our child questioned basically had hung-up on her and her response was: "No, I'm simply fed up with hearing her." I've never been handled such as this before with a sales worker, being named a liar, and informing me the sneakers have already been used. I'll do anything I will to obtain this criticism to somebody who cares enough about that shop and its own so-called integrity. I truly don't believe they could not consider product back and inform me I'm a liar, which my child is just a liar. Used to do not obtain the clerks title though she stated she was the store-manager. This all occurred about the night of Dec. 30 in the Mall of La.in Baton Rouge, La. Roughly around 8:15pm.
