I requested Ray-Bans shades out of this organization however the types I obtained were obviously diverse (bigger in dimensions) to these explained on the site.

I called DecorMyEyes about the telephone number supplied on the site - the person who responded seemed drunk or sleeping and explained to "band again at another period because they did not wish to discuss it at this time"

I then sent DecorMyEyes and informed them-they had deliver me the wrong body which I'd such as the proper body to be delivered to me. This led to an extended e-mail trade with somebody named TONY RUSSO:

Their first mail reply mentioned that "used to donot understand they arrived in various sizes" though their site obviously explains the dimension in certain depth as well as has an explanation regarding just how to browse the sizes

Their second mail reply mentioned that "I just possess the larger-size".

Their 3rd mail requested "can you anticipate to maintain the large-size to get a reimbursement?"

Their 4th e-mail mentioned "please return the body to get a reimbursement".

I was subsequently returned roughly 1 / 2 of what I settled.

After I asked another half, I had been informed this could protect the shipping and also the restocking charge! This came to me being $100 outofpocket.
