2 Left Boots My Fault but No One Returned any of my calls

I bought a set of shoes on settlement, experimented with return the shoes but was recommend by 'THE BOOT WOMAN' that I buy them last year. I bought the shoes after christmas this year. I inquired when they nevertheless had the shoes of course if I really could simply change them for that proper types. THE BOOT WOMAN recommend she didn't possess the shoes I questioned if she might simply take the shoes and provide me a store credit. THE BOOT WOMAN went from the table after checking the shoes recommend that they're not in her program she did not understand what to complete. She insisted that I bought the boots last year I recommend her that I'm not just one to hold back 2yrs to ware shoes. Regardless I requested to get a shop credit-which they're not losing anything deliver the shoes back again to the produce because she declined to check on the rear for that proper shoes that I really needed. She explained to contact customer support I did so via mail plus they never resolved something I'm happening 3wks after attempting to return the shoes with NOT JUST ONE CALL OR EMAIL FROM FASHION BUG.
