Did not ship my order. Did not return emails or phone calls

I put an order on October 13th to get a tshirt. I obtained an order verification having said that I'd be informed when my product delivered. It's today March 31st and that I never noticed other things from their website. I've delivered two emails without any response, and quit two voicemails without any call-back. Their voicemail package has been complete. I'm likely to need to do a charge back on my creditcard for that product, that will be frustrating since I bought it to get a December personal gift.
