On February 7th, I bought products totaling with delivery $123.67 from Bradley Owens through his site www.planet-caravan.com. I obtained a confirmation mail that my purchase was obtained that same-day. Our charge card was billed. Consequently I've noticed nothing since in the operator.

I've delivered many emails asking the standing of my purchase. I've gotten no reaction to these.

I've also known as the telephone number numerous occasions. The voice-mail communication usually claims the mail is complete.

I also completed the “Contact Us” type on the site without any reaction.

Within an attempt to try and contact Bradley Owens/World Caravan, I did so a research on Google. I experienced several grievances concerning the company methods of the operator. I'm today completing a with regulators in Atlanta.
