Party Times
Been totally ripped off

I went to Party Times to look for a naughty nurse costume. They were all in bags with a picture of the outfit on the front. I asked to try it on and they said they dont have a dressing room, I would have to try it on over my clothes. I was a bit embarrased. They costume was all creased and the 8-10 was far too small. I picked up a 12-14 hoping it would be ok. They told me that it had to be back before 5pm if I wanted to return it. It was not feasible for me to be back by 5pm. When I got home later in the evening the costume did not fit and under closer inspection was of very poor quality. I took it to a seamstress and she commented on how badly it was made. I called them the next day and they said the would call me back. They didnt. I called again today to complain and the guy kept saying 'same day return policy' So I am stuck with a poorly fitting costume that is all puckered at the collar, one side of the collar is bigger than the other and there are bits of material that should not be on it. They charged £25 quid for it. So not worth it. I have been totally ripped off. I have to fork out more money to find a better quality costume now. I am disappointed.
