Never received package. Never responded to emails or phone calls

Requested the Sopranos Boxset Seasons 1-6 including component two of Period 6 on December 2nd. On December 5th I acquired a contact stating my bundle was delivered and could be shipped within 2 weeks. Below it's 20 times later and that I am 100 bucks reduce in my own banking account and also have never gotten my bundle. I've quit 4 voicemails at their Canadian workplace and also have delivered numerous emails. I've never received any type of reaction. All of the period their voicemail box claims it's "also complete" to permit me to depart a note. I am confident I've been totally cheated. Don't use this website for something!!!
