I requested a bag from CHEAPBAGSOUTLET.com and paid through GSPAY. The web site stated the MENTOR bag was genuine and provided 100% satisfaction guarantee and discounts. I had been shipped a bag which was the incorrect shade and design also it was a clear knockoff. Terrible design, strings chilling out untrimmed, absent records. While attempting to contact them to get a reimbursement, I acquired no response and so I sent the payment support GSPAY and was informed in one single phrase "we don't provide discounts for discount items." No reaction to the carrier being the incorrect shade which I had been lied to.
