Cannot deliver goods, won't refund money

I requested something in the sbkicks site. I had been forwarded to gspay, stating it was the sole payment method they permitted. Nothing on website indicates where they're located but gave them a great fourteen days before (along with a week before christmas) before i panicked. I finally found a link on the site to "track orders". I entered my exchange number and it stated "looking in factory". It took per week before they answered and another week before they admitted they didn't have them. Today i can not obtain my cash back. They don't provide any communication options apart from email plus they rarely return with me so when they are doing, it is cryptic with no aid. There's the choice ot start a "solution" on the purchase where you can email about your order however they maintain shutting my ticket when it will remain open until it's finished (meaning our money refunded). Don't ever undergo either of those! Actually!!! You'll truly be sorry.
