Beware buying from them

I bought a leather gear from mentor and was informed that it included a lifetime guarantee. The gear pockets cut in one to another before openings turned a position no further supporting my trousers. I delivered it to Teach for restoration or alternative. It had been delivered unmarked plus a notice declaring that " after thorough analysis, our artisans have decided that people cannot restore your product". The notice continues to express " along with returning your unique item for you, we'd prefer to provide you a 40% discount in your next MENTOR U.S. Purchase of a product".

First, they robbed me about the gear quality ($150.00), they lied of a lifetime guarantee, and today I am out the full time and cash delivering the gear back. Why might I actually purchase another item from MENTOR at any discount? Beware purchasing any MENTOR product these folks are criminals.
