I emailed them, but no response

I applied the GSPAY (the 3rd party cost channel) as my cost channel. They stated that they'll return the holdback and also the payment to us after 180 times. I've the contract conditions. However it hs been eliminated 578 times.in the period we've approached with thousand times. They declined to return me by countless reasons. They rip-off me $98521.69. They removed my bill later. I sent them, but no reaction. I seek the gspay community, I came across that there lots of everyone was cheated by them.
