I put an online purchase for peach striped overalls with bigmen.com, Large Men's, Strong Men's store in Boston Ma In July. They no further transported them I preferred in my own size. Despite the fact that they'd my mail address, house phone number and address, they didn't contact me or recommend me of the problem. Alternatively they determined of the own agreement to create a replacement by having an object used to do not purchase and didn't need. It got three telephone calls to obtain return authorization. They closed as having obtained the delivered bundle on July 28th. Up to now (October 24th) I've not obtained a credit or reimbursement for this deal despite repeated calls towards the organization. I've had many discussions with "Frank", who's rude and corrosive, and whose guidance would be to simply keep calling till I will achieve Mrs. Green. Mrs. Green is never in, and that I am just starting to doubt her lifestyle because she never returns calls and it is never at her table and sometimes even within the building.
Our experience with this particular organization is a headache, and that I need only to obtain my money-back and become quit of these permanently. Can anybody help?
