Returned item at own expense and still no refund received

Last February of this year I bought several items from this online clothing store. I received the items. One of the items was too big and I returned it at my own expense. I have been contacting them regarding the refund since. They acknowledged that they received the items; they promised to refund the amount through credit card. I paid by PayPal, but it was taken from my credit card. Until now I still have not received any refund at all. I have told them about my filing a complaint.
