Paid 12.97 online for merchandise never received or refunded

I'm highly upset that my 12.97 has been taken from me. I ordered months ago and wrote emails to complain. Now when I try to access their website, it doesn't pop up. I've been scammed and I'm very upset about this. I have waited for months for my items and never got a refund or anything. I need someone to contact me, or for the police to find this "Johnny tree" and arrest him for fraud.
