Fraud

I have canceled my account over and over again. Still, every month I get hit with another charge and have to call for refund and to close my account. I am filing formal complaints with BBB, Dept. of Commerce and local police department. They are essentially stealing our money under the ruse that the "account is still active" after several calls and confirmations of cancellation. Imagine how many people are being robbed! I check my bank account regularly knowing their scam, but some people just take their word for it and trust all is handled.
