Washer machine doesn't open and they haven't arrieve!

Since Monday 11 my baby cloths has been stuck in the machine. I have twice to unplug the washer and the door won't open. It has been two weeks that they been saying they will drive to Orchard Mobile Park to fix the machine. Today is April 25. How is my baby suppose to wear the cloths when its damage and stinky! They need to pay for my babys clothes!
