Hydrowave is garbage!

I am glad to be able to share my complete disappointment in the GE Hydrowave washer. I have followed instructions, viewed how-to videos and the washer does not clean cloths at all. Besides how can you wash a medium load of cloths with a cup of water? The soap powder does not even melt. It is ridiculous and GE will not honor the fact the the washer is badly designed. My children's socks are never clean. If anyone can recommend a company that makes the old fashioned agitator washer I would appreciate a recomendation. I will never buy a GE product again!!
