Jeans Tore After a Single Use, Store Refused Help

Sir, I purchased a pair of jeans costing 1599/- from Just Salwar's 182- Velachery Road Chennai outlet on 01/11. The jean was used only once while we visited Ooty in the month of Jan. After a single use the material was torn from heap area. Thereafter I visited the above said outlet and made the complaint. They said that my problem would be shorted out in next 3 days but after I visited the second time they refused to help me out stating that it's not a fabric fault. Sir, the cloth is so poor quality that even if a light pressure is given on any part of cloth it is getting torn.
