Stay away! Ripoff artists! No refunds!

Spent over $200 trying to get stuff for Halloween. ordered two and half weeks early and paid extra for faster shipping so I could get things altered if I needed it. Package showed up two days after Halloween and was missing three items! When I inquired about my frustration and returning the package, I was told they do not have a return shipping label option and that I would have to pay it myself. Did all that, and then they claimed the address was not found! Another $75 later and now had the package sent back to me! Been over a week since I have heard from anyone now they're ignoring me. they originally tried to get me to keep the package instead of honoring the refund and STILL haven't even sent the three missing items even though they were paid for. their website claims to have "easy returns for any reason" and yet I have found that is anything BUT the case.
