False advertising Michael lots outlet handbags

I purchased handbag and wallet from this website falsely claiming to be a Michael Kors Outlet. The package arrived torn and wet. The handbag and wallet were of the poorest quality, definitely not real leather and are just cheap imitations of real MK products
They will not refund money, say they will exchange if you are not happy, BUT, nowhere on the site can you find an address or phone number.
I have sent 4 messages through the site that have not been answered!
Please don't waste your money like I did!
