Ripoff Harrassment, Rudeness, Over charges you from payment to other charges

If only I had known how this company deals with customers, I would have never signed my name on the invoice. They are just out there to prey on people that have had poor credit or no credit. You fall on hard times and you ask that they can help you through by lowering your payments and they laugh at you.

They are modern loan sharks is what they are. You become late or your payment is not there in time and they will call you at home and night 6-20 times a day. Plus when you get a bill it has all these extra charges on that you have no idea where they came from. Someone does need to get a lawsuit against these people because they need to be stopped.

We are in a time when people have lost their jobs or people are trying to build their credit up and then comes along this company that totally ruins their credit and people act as if you are a criminal. I pay my bills but sometimes being a single mom I do fall on hard times with no help from others so I try to make ends meet. I do not need the stress that this place puts me and others through. I am late sometimes but they get paid.

I have never been so harassed by anyone as much as I have with them. They think that they can go around and scare and threaten people for payments, one day that will all backfire on them. Good luck to all of you that are going through this same ordeal.
