Loan Sharks With a License

I am writing this because something needs to be done about these kind of people. I won't lie to you, yes, I am upset. When a person tries to keep up on their credit card payments, in these hard economic times, and you are penalized for making your payment on the due date, and a late pay placed on your credit report, something has to be done to stop these loan sharks. I am all for a class action against this company. On Oct. 16, I made my payment, not the minimum payment, I sent a hundred dollars, when I checked my e-mail, I saw that they (Juniper) had sent me an e-mail stating that I was over my limit, I then went to there site, and saw that my balance was higher after I had made my payment on line. I called and talked to a lady, that sounded like she was in India, and I could barely understand, that yes, I had made my payment on the due date, but, it was late by 1 hour. I don't know about you, but, it was not the next day, it was on the due date. They placed a $46.00 late fee, and reported a late pay to the credit reporting company. Why have a due date?
I really hope this kind of thing can be stopped, before others are fleeced.
