Wal-mart Tire Lube Express Malvern Arkansas
Ripoff does not properly honor warranty and road hazard on tires within mileage

In 1999 I purchased a car and in the year 2000 I went to wal-mart to purchase tires. I replaced all four tires. Two years later I returned to the same wal-mart tire lube express and purchased 2 new tires. I was told that the tires were no longer covered under warranty. One year later I returned to have another tire replaced. Keep in mind this is the 7th tire in 4 years. When I purchased the car it had 85, ooo miles on it.

Now one year later the tire I had replaced last year is no good. I went back to the same Wal-Mart tire lube express to inquire about the tire being covered under warranty and the guy said he could prorate the cost and I would receive some credit towards another tire. I asked why I was having to replace tires so much and he said I had an aligning problem.

I asked him why no one had ever mentioned this before. He said that someone should have. No one ever did!!! The car has 40,000 more miles now than it did when I bought it, but for some reason the 45,000 mile warranty has never applied to the tires I have had to replace. Go figure? Anyway when they prorated the tire I was only to receive a $10 credit towards another tire. What's up with that? I am very dissatisfied.

I feel like since no one ever told me why the tires were wearing out so fast and they are the ones with the experience in this area but failed to inform me of this problem. Wal-mart is the only place that I have ever purchased tires from.

They have done the rotation, balance along with every thing else but never noticed that something other that wear and tear was causing the tires to go bad. How experienced are these "certified technicians"?
