Unauthorized delivery

About a month ago (late Sept or early Oct), i came home around 2325 to find my package out side of my door. I was lucky it wasn't stolen. I notified Amazon (where package was shipped from) what had happened and asked them to put notice on package to prevent this from happening again. Today (11-14) i arrived home around 2215 and my neighbor had accepted package. This is unacceptable. I don't trust my neighbor and we really don't get along. The package should have been left in the apartment office like UPS and USPS does. This is a bad practice and should be stopped immediately. If you are to continue this practice, i'll be sure to redirect future deliveries through another service.
