I bought a GMC Safari that had a contingency contract that stated that three parts would be placed on the vehicle for the contract to be valid. Well while trying to get that fixed, the check engine light started to come on. I could not pass the inspection that was due so I went back to the dealership. I ended up buying another vehicle while Jerry Cromwell and Steve his finance and loan originator stated that they would work with the warranty company to fix it. Well every 30 days max, I would check on my vehicle. Jerry and Steve would tell me they are working on it.

Well after about 4 months and no change, a friend and I stopped by to let them know that my husband would be by to pick up the vehicle. When my husband went by to pick up the vehicle, they stated that Steve was not there and that he would have to come back the next day. So I went back the next day, Steve and Jerry were both there.
