Ripoff of vehicle and deposit, doesnt want to refund my deposit

I am writing in reference to a business that gives dishonest a whole new name; J&W Auto located on Midlothian Trnpk in Richmond, Virginia. I purchased a car a year ago today from the company mentioned above. I was approved after they ran my credit, I paid my deposit of 2300.00 dolllars, I told them that the car inspection runs out in a couple of days they informed me that it was up to me to get one since I purchased the vehicle. I left the car lot and proceeded to drive to work, whereas I broke down 10 minutes later. I got the vehicle towed and there was numerous things wrong. I paid for the repairs to the vehicle just enough for me to make it to the lot. I made it back to the lot and Jerry gave me a hard time saying that he could not give me my money back and that if he did it will only be 300.00. He said that I had no choice but to choose something on his lot. After 5 hours I got tired and telephoned the dealer board which instructed me to give Jerry the phone. After the telephone call Jerry came up with a 99 Ford Expedition. He was furious at me for calling the dealer board. Oh well he had my money, so I really dont give a *. Then he made me pay an extra 600.00 for the money he was loosing on the deal. I did so because that was the only way I was going to get my money worth and a vehicle that I liked. I gave Jerry the money, sounds like I came up on top so why am I filing this report. It doesnt stop there.

Jerry came to pick my truck up a couple days later with no warrant excuse and didnt give me my 2900.00. I called the dealer board and they insisted he give me my money, and well its been a year I have only received 1300.00 of my money. The rest he says was used in repo fees— go figure I just brought the truck with 30 day tags on it and the mileage wasnt correct either. I am just waiting because I filed a report with the dealer board and with BBB. The dealer board doesnt play witht dishonest car salesman. So beware when you pass the lot keep on moving because you will be out of a vehicle and some money. It aint worth it.
