Flowers NEVER Delivered / Pure Lies - Flower delivery

I made an order oline for a same day delivery from this So called reputable company. I Made an order on May 10 for a same day delivery they imidiately charged my card and gave me a window for delivery between 9am - 6pm (I made the order around 10am that friday) around 4 pm I started to get concerned since no delivery was made I called them on the toll free number 800-838-8853 and kept getting the run around they kept telling me to hold and that they just talk to the florist and that they said my delivery was in the truck with the delivery guy LIES! This same excuse/LIE was given all day friday and saturday and SUNDAY no flowers no delivery only BS was given to me I called them to day 5/13 they told me the same BS the florist said in 5 minuted they will be sending out your flowers should arrive in approx an hour and that they apologized for the mix up its been 4 hours after that call and still NO FLOWERS! So much for the surprise! Not to mention all these days there had to be someone there to receive them this mothers day weekend was AWEFUL thanks to this FRAUD company! (this is just part of what happened but there is more to it) Please DO NOT ORDER from this company its all lies and BS with no money back or nothing...
