Backed into my car while it was parked behind her then took off for days then denied it to the cops after admitting it to 5 people

The girl who lives in the basement apartment in my house backed into my car the other day. She failed to tell me or anyone about it and then left the scene of the accident. She was gone for 2 days then finally came back and apologized admitting she hit my car to me, my fiance, and my brother. She then admitted to my mother and a friend what she did. Then as of yesterday we were going to file the report and claim it but she refused. We called the police and she lied to them saying it was a false claim. We need the proper actions taken and justice to be served.
