Refused to arrest my rapist

On Aug 28th I was Raped by my brother's friend, a few days later he rapped me again, I had known him 2 years so I didn't see any red flags when I invited him over on the night of Aug 28th for Pizza and to hang out. My fiance at the time was in Montana visiting family. After telling him I didn't want to be with Rob he followed me into my bedroom and rapped me, His wife came to pick him up which probably saved my life. I called my fiance at the time in tears and told him I was rapped, after pulling myself together I called the police. Officer Greg Turner responded, I told him everything that happened and he didn't believe me but questioned Rob anyway. A few days later Rob broke into my old apartment and Raped me a 2nd time, AGAIN the cops didn't believe me. The Entire month of Sept Rob Abused me, despite all the proof I had AGAIN I was called a LIAR. They wanted to charge me with multiple counts of false report, long Story Short I now suffer from SEVERE PTSD, Flashbacks, panic attacks and Anxiety so bad I can't go into public alone. I rarely sleep at night, the slightest Traumatic event leaves me traumatized for MONTHS. Back in 2010 I E-Mailed the Chief of Police for Dover, NH and NEVER heard back, I WANT TO BE Compensated for all the pain and suffering I have Endured and Continue to endure because Dover Police WOULD NOT do their jobs, my RAPIST took my life away. I can NEVER get it back and the Dover Police NEED TO pay for not doing their jobs, it's pretty sad when you don't trust the police anymore. I won't even move to Dover because I know they'd NEVER help me, SOMEONE out there PLEASE HELP ME get the Justice I deserve and NEVER got back in 2008
