The manager Weston seen me coming a mile away, I went in June to acquire about a vehicle and my sister went with me. Before I knew what was happening he had me signing a contract with my sister as the co-signer. I didn't even have money for the down payment, when we went in again to cancel since I did't want the vehicle he said "that the contract we signed was legal binding contract and that even if we had changed our mind he would still hold me to it as with my sister and if I did not comply he would ruin my sisters credit"
So I didn't want to ruin my sisters credit so I went back seven days later and gave $2500 down. I have made split payments since I got the vehicle and he calls me and my sister everyday to say I have yet to make a payment, I have my receipts and all reference numbers from the wires I have transferred into his Wells Fargo account. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone else. DO NOT use this dealer for anything. Please be careful and beware.
