Big O Tires Customer Service is Horrendous!

I took my new Dodge Journey to Big O Tires on Winchester Avenue in Temecula, CA for its first oil change. Staff looked like ex-cons, dirty uniforms and horrible customer service. Charged $46 for a $19 service after being told previous manager got "Booted" for charging coupon price. Smeared oil on light colored seats, floor and steering wheel. Supervisor said can't help you come back later then had profanity laden rant about, "F'ing Kid" that did service when he saw oily stains. Took car for cleaning on Saturday per their manager, then he refused to authorize cleaning 20 minutes after I confirmed cleaning with him! Told it takes 3 weeks to process a check to clean the oily mess out of my new car. Big O Tires couldn't afford or doesn’t care enough to use a $. 25 seat/floor cover. Spend your hard earned money somewhere other than Big O Tires! Not one person from corporate customer service ever called or responded to contact us submission as I requested.
