Bus driver did not let me go on board!

I was crossing the street, approaching the bus when he signaled at me. The bus was parked right next to the bus stop. I knocked on the door and he did not allow me to come on board. I was on time and the bus was not full. The bus driver was very rude and impolite. He made me late for an appointment and embarassed me in front of everyone on that bus. I do not know who he was, but it was the man driving bus 35 that passed through cresent and brookhurst at 3:37pm. I was today October 12. I hope you can speak with him and let him know it is not something he should be doing to people who are in need of this type of transportation, especially when people's jobs are on the line. Thank you for your understanding. I am not the type of person who complains, but he had no consideration for me at all. Thank you once again.
