Rude and Unprofessional

Bus driver VONZEL HUDSON continued to drive past me even though I was standing at a bus stop. She finally stopped the bus, abruptly, since I threw my hands up because she passed me. There were cars behind her bus that also had to stop and wait as I ran to get to the bus. When I got on the bus, Hudson told me that I should have signaled to her that I was waiting to board her bus. She said she honked her horn at me to catch my attention since I had my headphones on. I thought the purpose of standing at a bus stop was to signal to the driver to stop. I have never heard of a bus driver honking their horn at a passenger to see if they should stop. During the conversation, Hudson was extremely rude, standoffish, unpleasant, and unprofessional as she talked Down to me. As I tried to speak to her in a low voice about what just happened, she kept interrupting me and continued to raise her voice. I told her I would definitely file a complaint, took her information, and took my seat. She continued to humiliate me by saying there are plenty of witnesses to see that she honked her horn at me to get my attention as she drove past the stop. Her rude behavior and unprofessional manner should not be tolerated AT ALL.
