NOT a legitimate company! Scam! Stay away! - Mobile Detailing Service

I wish I had found this site before I purchased TWO LivingSocial vouchers for auto detailing. I made the appointments and called the night before the appointments to confirm. Was told by the operator who answered the phone that my appointments were confirmed and someone would be at my house tomorrow to detail my cars. Vinny Clean's was a NO-SHOW. I called several times and was forwarded to an offsite answering service who claimed they would send a page out to Vinny Clean's to have someone call me back. Nobody called me back. I contacted LivingSocial, who informed me that they have MANY complaints on this company and if they try to list any new offers with LivingSocial, their system would flag them immediately that this is a common occurrence. If you check the Better Business Bureau website, there is also an alert regarding this business that they may be closed for business due to the fact that the mail the BBB sent to them was returned back from the postal service. Not sure if this company is even a legitimate company at all. Thank GOD for LivingSocial, who agreed to give me credits on my account towards any future LivingSocial purchases. If you read this review, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT spend your money on this company. They are a fraud!
